After gaining 6-7 years of experience in the industry I (Dham) wanted to implement my own ideas into practice. So I sat in front of my computer and started sketching few different layouts, shapes and different styles of cabinets. That’s how my 21’ Hilltop Hotham was born. I could sell my first Hotham without any waiting period and I could get few orders from it.
We purchased the first Hotham caravan which was released in 2015, since then we have travelled all over Australia. We estimate that the van has travelled about 50,000 kilometres on both sealed and unsealed roads. The only problem that we have encountered is the Truma Boiler hot water service, the heating element has had to be replaced three times and the boiler sprung a leak and was replaced.
Over the years we have owned a number of vans but this one is by far the best.

Because of the continuous demand and good feedback from existing customers I thought of designing new layouts and models. My IT skills were very much helpful for me to plan very practical layouts. By mid of year 2019 Hilltop has produced over 17 different layouts.
The blend of my Caravan & Technical skills and Dula’s Financial & Management Skills have been helpful to uplift the standard of Hilltop Caravans.
